Native Ways Federation is thrilled to grow our fully remote team in 2025. We are seeking candidates with intimate knowledge of Native nations, communities and cultures; experience working with Native-led organizations, tribes, or businesses; and demonstrated ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative environment.

The story of Native Ways Federation begins over 15 years ago with seven national, Native-led nonprofits—some of the largest and well-renowned in Indian Country—who united to change the reality of giving to Native-led organizations.
