Announcing the Departure of Native Ways Federation’s Deputy Director
After more than five years with Native Ways Federation, we are honoring and celebrating our incredible Deputy Director, Stephanie Zadora, as she begins an exciting new chapter pursuing her higher education goals.
From the earliest days of our organization, Stephanie has been instrumental in helping Native Ways Federation grow from its founding vision into the thriving national nonprofit it is today. Her leadership helped build our digital presence, launch Native Nonprofit Day and #GiveNative on Giving Tuesday, expand our training opportunities, publish research that advances Native-led nonprofits, and strengthen countless partnerships along the way.
Her vision, dedication, and unwavering belief in Native-led organizations have left an indelible mark on our team, our work, and the communities we serve. The seeds she planted and the systems she helped build will continue to grow and flourish long after this moment.
In many of our cultures, we do not say goodbye because we know our paths will cross again. Relationships continue, and the gifts we leave with one another live on. So rather than farewell, we offer our deepest gratitude and prayers for all that lies ahead. We are excited to witness the next chapter of Stephanie’s journey, knowing she will continue to lead, learn, and make a difference wherever she goes.
Please join us in thanking Stephanie for all she has contributed to Native Ways Federation and to Native communities across the country. We know she will accomplish amazing things, and she will always be part of the Native Ways Federation family. Her path may be taking a new direction, but her impact will continue to be felt in this work for years to come.
